El trabajo duro da sus frutos para los hermanos Rizo.<\/p>

Los hermanos abren su primera planta en Riverbank, CA.<\/p>

La calidad y consistencia del producto fue la principal raz\u00f3n para tener su propia planta de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Hicieron aproximadamente $6 millones, 2.5 millones libras de queso Mexicano y Centroamericano. El Queso para fre\u00edr jug\u00f3 un papel muy importante, como uno de los productos m\u00e1s populares durante esta \u00e9poca.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Eventualmente, trasladaron sus operaciones comerciales a Modesto, California.<\/p>

Estaban a su m\u00e1xima capacidad en Riverbank y necesitaban m\u00e1s espacio par crecer. Rizo Lopez Foods, Inc. tambi\u00e9n estaba en varios edificios y quer\u00eda tenerlo todo bajo un mismo techo.<\/p>

Eligieron Modesto porque hay muchas lecher\u00edas dentro del rango de 60 millas a la redonda, lo que ofrec\u00eda frescura en la leche (nuestro principal ingrediente).<\/p>

Despu\u00e9s de abrir la planta en Modesto, que es cuatro veces m\u00e1s grande que Riverbank, mantuvieron ambas plantas en funcionamiento durante un tiempo hasta que operaron por completo \u00fanicamente en Modesto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Siempre fue su misi\u00f3n proporcionar quesos y cremas estilo mexicano de alta calidad y gran sabor. Hoy en d\u00eda, la empresa cuenta con m\u00e1s de 320 empleados y se enorgullecen de vincularse con su rica herencia familiar, utilizando recetas del Viejo Mundo que se han transmitido de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnicas tradicionales para producir quesos artesanales galardonados.<\/p>

Actualmente vendemos alrededor de 15 millones de libras al a\u00f1o.<\/p>
