Elotes con Crema y Queso

Ingredients

  • 4 corns
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ cup of Crema Mexicana Tío Francisco 
  • 1 crumbled cup of Queso Cotija Enchilado Tío Francisco
  • Chile en polvo to taste
  • Lemon to taste

Instructions

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to boiling water, add the corn on the cob, and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once the corn is boiling, drain it well and place it on the hot grill grates.
  3. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until it gets slightly charred and has grill marks. This should take about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the grilled corn from the heat and brush each corn with Crema Mexicana Tío Francisco, then top them with crumbled Queso Enchilado Cotija Tío Francisco and garnish them with chile en polvo and lemon to taste.
