Queso Cotija

Cotija is an aged sharp cheese that owns its robust and salty taste. It crumbles easily, which makes it very suitable to be sprinkled on refried beans, calabacitas, and salads. Cotija enchilado is intense and slightly saltier than regular cotija cheese and adds a kick with its paprika coating. This cheese is the perfect topping to enhance the taste of milder Mexican dishes.
