Ingredients

For the nachos:⁠

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips (about 350 grams)⁠
  • 200 grams of grilled meat – with olive oil and garlic and seasoned with salt & pepper⁠
  • 1 cup of cooked black beans⁠
  • ½ cup of corn kernels⁠
  • 1½ cups of Queso Oaxaca Tío Francisco

For toppings⁠:

  • 1 cup of guacamole ⁠
  • ½ cup of chopped spring onion ⁠
  • 6 tablespoons of Crema Mexicana Tío Francisco ⁠
  • 1 cup of pico de gallo⁠
  • ½ cup of pickled jalapenos⁠
  • ½ cup of Queso Cotija Tío Francisco

Instructions

Arrange tortilla chips evenly on a half-sheet pan. Sprinkle beef fajitas, black beans, corn, and cheese evenly on top. Bake in a 400 F preheated oven for 15 minutes until the melted cheese turns golden brown and bubbly.⁠

Serve with additional toppings.
