Ingredients

  • 16 medium corn tortillas
  •  2 large potatoes cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cup of milk 
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 4 tablespoons chopped onion 
  • 1/2 cup red sauce
  • 1 cup of Queso Panela Tío Francisco 
  • 1 cup sliced ​​lettuce
  • 1/4 sliced ​​red onion
  • 1/2 cup Crema Mexicana Tío Francisco for topping
  • Enough oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the potato in boiling salted water. Drain and mix with the butter, milk, chopped onion, and half of the cheese. 
  2. Fill the tortillas with the mixture, secure with a toothpick, and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Finish with lettuce, salsa, Crema Mexicana Tío Francisco, Queso Panela Tío Francisco, and red onion.
